All care is supervised by the Manager with assistance from the Deputy Manager who has oversight of the EMI unit. They are ably supported by the Senior Care Assistants. Care is undertaken by trained staff who are key workers to individual, they provide the care and attention as laid out in the Clients Care Plans, which have been compiled and agreed upon by the individual/families or Social Service on admission. Evaluation and re-assessment occurs at regular intervals thereafter.
Care provided can range from minimal intervention to the delivery of total care, including end of life care.
All our staff, whether management, care, housekeeping, catering, activity, maintenance or gardeners are selected and trained to provide the client with respectful and dignified care and service whatever the level required.
There are medical and support services who provide their services and backup for all eventualities.

Two large light and airy lounges, a drawing room and various comfortable seating areas.
Two spacious attractive conservatory dining rooms. Room tray service can also be provided.
There is an ample supply of toilets whilst all bathrooms have specialist baths and showers well equipped to cater for the needs of most disabilities.
A passenger lift and a full range of moving and handling equipment is supplied and serviced regularly.
An in-house, fully functioning household and personal laundry service.
A hairdresser visits weekly.
The chiropodist visits every six weeks.
The physiotherapy service will be requested by the GP when required.
